At Lotus & Windoware, we are constantly striving to improve your experience. We are excited to announce that we are upgrading to a new enterprise management system (Acumatica) and launching a refreshed online ordering portal.

To ensure a smooth transition, we will have a brief temporary pause on new order entry and online ordering. Please review the important dates below to plan your orders accordingly.

  • Online Ordering Website Offline: October 29Our current website portal will go offline starting October 29.
  • Order Cutoff Deadline: October 30 at 12:00 PM CSTAll new orders must be submitted prior to this time to be processed before the shutdown.
  • System Pause: October 30 (12:00 PM CST) – November 3Our team will be unable to enter or process new orders during this time.
  • Phone & Internal Ordering Resumes: November 4
  • New Website Launch: November 6 (Projected)

💡 Planning Ahead: If you anticipate needing products or placing orders between October 30 and November 4, we strongly encourage you to submit your orders prior to 12:00 PM CST on October 30.

Can I place an order while the website is down?

Yes. Until October 30 at 12:00 PM CST, our team can assist with orders. After that cutoff, new orders cannot be entered until
November 4.



Can I email an order during the shutdown?

Yes, but it cannot be entered or processed until the new ERP system is available.

What happens to orders I already placed?

Existing orders will remain in our system. The temporary shutdown is needed to
transition our information into Acumatica.

Will shipping stop during the transition?

The shutdown primarily affects our ability to enter and process new orders. Questions about a specific existing shipment should be reviewed before the transition.

When can I order again?

Internal ordering is scheduled to resume November 4. Online ordering is projected to return November 6.

Will my website login change?

We will provide additional information about access to the new website as we get closer
to launch.
