When will my order ship
Orders for stock items typically ship in 48 hours.
Orders for custom blinds typically require 5 to 7 days for production but this time can increase when demand is high.
Can I order without an account?
No, but it's easy to get started. Visit MY ACCOUNT to apply for a username with your Company.
May I pay by credit card?
No, all orders must be paid on account.
How do I return an item?
Please contact Customer Service by email.
Please include the order number, part number(s), reason for return, along with your company name and contact information.

What is your warranty
Lotus & Windoware, Inc. warranties its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Do you ship to Canada?
No, we do not ship to Canada at this time. We are able to ship to a freight forwarder, however.
Are your blinds Inside Mount?
All of our horizontal blinds are inside mount, meaning they are about 1/2" narrower than the stated size to fit into a window frame with those measurements.

Where can I find replacement parts?
Parts are listed right along with the blinds. Can't find what you need, please contact customer service with a photo if possible of what it is you're needing.
